IF YOU'VE GOT IT FLAUNT IT...IF YOU HAVEN'T THEN PLEASE DON'T..

IF YOU'VE GOT "ITthen flaunt it (to some degree) but if you haven't got "it" then don't. why some people cant see that they don't have "it" and "it" being good legs/arms/hair/stomach/nails/knees/body or whatever is beyond us. the amount of exposure faux pas we witnessed over the Christmas/new year period was too much to take. from girls wearing inappropriate length skirts for their legs and sporting ankle sockets with brogues (can you not see the lines cutting you off?) to other girls wearing bike shorts under their shorts to misfitting clothes esp. denim cut offs it's a wonder we can still see. 

we agree losing the spare tire region is the absolute hardest part of the bod to shed but it must be done if you want to wear short shorts! we hate to be mean but it's what everyone is thinking..even the 85 year-old nanas out there. 

so start walking and stop eating whites (bread/pasta/rice/whites) and you'll thank yourself. white foods are complex carbs and you should avoid any food that is processed...take note from the proven PALEO DIET aka the "Caveman" diet. it goes back to our roots and really does work and you can shed the weight easily by just changing a few eating habits. that's not to say that we deprive ourselves of delicious foods (burgers mainly) if we are out! just remember everything in moderation and the bad stuff just once in a while.
