NYC can be called the city of legs.. In summer, women of all shapes and sizes don a shorter hem line. Why not? The average temp here is 30 degrees. But, I have to say that there has to be some monitoring of the short short epidemic. Since our return from Europe we have seen an uncanny amount of ass out shorts. WHY???? We don't want to see half of your ass cheek and we are pretty sure that there are only about three individuals in this city you want seeing it. And, they do not include the bus driver, creepy man sitting under you on subway whilst you stand, or the innocent granny walking behind you. Get a grip, tuck it in and be smart. NYC ain't no beach resort GURL!
